DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Compass Non-Executive Director Bason Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Compass Group PLC on Monday said that Non-Executive Director John Bason bought 1,140 shares in the company.

On Friday, Bason acquired the shares at 1,750 pence each for GBP19,950.

Furthermore, on Monday, Catherine Bason, a person closely associated to John Bason, purchased 1,142 shares at 1,747.5p per share for GBP19,950.

Following these purchases, Bason holds 14,258 shares, representing a minor stake in the company's issued share capital.

Compass shares were closed 0.2% lower at 1,746.00p each.
